FAQ

Orders And Payment:

  • We recommend placing your order at least 6-7 days in advance of the event date.

  • A 100% payment is required to confirm your booking.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations can be made at least 4 days before the event.
  • In case of Cancellations, 50% of the total amount will be refunded. The rest of the 50% is non-refundable to cover supply costs.
  • No refunds are issued for custom cake orders once they are completed.

Allergies and Dietary Requirements

  • All cakes are made in a kitchen that handles common allergens such as gluten, dairy, and eggs. Some cakes may contain nuts.
  • While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee allergen-free products.
  • Please inform us of any allergies when placing your order.

Cake Care Instructions

To ensure your cake stays in perfect condition, please follow these guidelines:

  • Always carry the cake from the bottom of the box with both hands to avoid damage.
  • When transporting, place the cake on a flat surface, preferably in the footwell of the car, and ensure the air conditioning is on.
  • If your cake has been refrigerated, remove it 30 minutes before serving to allow it to come to room temperature for the best taste and texture.
  • Be sure to remove any inedible decorations (e.g., flowers, toppers).
